Problem with Family account linked

Hi,

me and my brother have our accounts connected with the family sharing games option. Everything worked fine while we had our old Xbox One, but since we upgraded to the new model Xbox One S the sharing kind of failed to follow us on our upgrade. Before we
could see the games one of us had bought and play them on our different consoles without any problem. Since we changed consoles, we can't see the all list of games we own unless we log in with both accounts. The problem is that when one of us logs on his Xbox
with his account, in the other console the other who is playing lost the possibility to access the game that the other bought, unless he logs in with that particular account, but then one the other loses connection of his again. This problem never happend
on the old consoles, they worked just fine without the necessity of logging on both the accounts at the same time. How can I fix this problem? is there some kind of restriction on the console that I have to turn off? Thank you for your attention and sorry

Problem with family accounts

So, I am 17. I have an Xbox One and Xbox Live account and apparently one of my family members is
[Mod Removed] and they are apparently the person in charge of my details, however, I have no idea who this person is and, as I am under 18, I cannot leave the family or remove them from my family. My Dad has set up a Microsoft account and has
signed in on Xbox and has tried to add me to his family on Xbox One but cannot as I am 'already part of a family', so none of my settings can change. How can I get out of this dilemma?

Microsoft In Talks To Join Movies Anywhere

I have Movies Anywhere on my Roku in my family room. The app is really nice. It is not really needed now for me though. It was a pain in the ass before i linked my Vudu and Amazon accounts. All of my movies got switched over to both accounts. This performs the same action.

Game sharing is part of your Home setting, not family settings. You would need to set the new console as your Home console in order for your brother to access anything you bought on your account (and/or he would need to set the console as his Home console
for you to access his content).

Do you guys have two different consoles or just one?

If you guys share a console then nearly all games can be used by any account on the console the game was purchased on. This is the way the licenses work. You get two licenses when you pruchase a game, one for the console(so any profile on that console can
play it) and one for the account that purchased it(so the account can play the game on any console, once its connected to Xbox Live).

This is all explained in the "useage rights" section when you are purchasing the game.

you can put link some things by putting both accounts into the same family, but I'm unsure if I will solve your problem.

Yes, what I tried was the alias of the Microsoft account, but the detail is that the family member's account is associated with Facebook and other things, so I can't delete that account and use the personal, and having the two accounts, mine and that of
my family member, because the information is linked and what I want is to separate the family account from everything that has to do with xbox, to be able to use my personal account, because I have problems because when I change the name in the xbox live account,
the name is changed in the mail of my family member, and because it generates problems, I don't know if there is a way to separate the account from this family member and not have it as an alias or as a principal.
