    Hi there,

    I've seen that error in the past and usually it will fix itself.

    If you keep experiencing this issue, it's best to post the issue in the Xbox Insider forums section, which can be found here:

    That is the only place for feedbach/bug reports regarding the Preview Program

    Problem with the preview program

    So my friends have been sending me invites for a few months now and I have not received anything. I have contacted support and they said I should've received an invite and to just wait. That was 4 months ago, still nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Problem with entering in the Preview Program

    Getting invited by a friend does not guarantee access or acceptance into the program. Theres some hidden requirements which are needed to get accepted on top of that because of the high demand to gain access to the preview program after backwards compatibility
    was added it might take a long time before you could gain access IF you'll get it because people are added to it in waves
