Problem with Elite joystick

Hello!

I am having some trouble with the Elite joystick for Xbox One. Basically with the RT button. In race games, or in games that I use a car, when I push the RT button to accelerate, the car accelerate, but in a very low speed. Like in a race, the car won´t
go further than 40 km/h , and it´s always like this. I tried pushing the RT button so as to see if this is failing, but it doesn´t. I tried with another games and the stick does the same. But depending the game, not all of them. For example, I was playing
Assassins Creed IV Black Flag, and when I push the RT button to change profile of the character and run forward, the character runs, but in a very low speed.

So I tried with a common Xbox One Joystick, and the character runs at a very high speed, and also the cars accelerate as they must, correctly.

Is there a solution for this? Some configuration in the elite joystick, or is it a hardware problem? I must call the service so as to change the joystick?

Hello, a few weeks ago bought a joystick from xone, and when push LT it's sounds, like a springs or something, is very annoying, RT has the same problem, but sounds slower and sometimos only.

What can i do for thecnical services?

Here is the info on getting the elite Controller serviced.
Servicing your Xbox Elite Controller You will put in a service request
here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices
under your console. Change the category to Accessories and then under select issue type select Elite Controller. Then input your PID number from the controller and click create repair order.
