    Hello, i have a problem with the microsoft edge app on xbox one, i can't download anything anymore these last few days, i just get a message that something is wrong and to try later. Anybody has the same issue ? What can i do to resolve this ?

    Hi Ben,

    Thanks for reaching out to us in the forums with this question. Sorry to hear you're having some trouble with the MS Edge app on your Xbox One. You may wish to try clearing out the cookies/cache in the browser to see if that will allow you to continue on.

    View and delete browser history in Microsoft Edge

    Give this a try and let us know the results.

    Sorry you had to go throgh the Factory Reset process, can be time consuming. Glad it's working again!

    I just tried that, i still can't download anything with edge, tried another browser i downloaded from the store and same thing ! I even did a hard reset. It worked fine before the april update. What can i do next ?
