Problem with downloading purchased game

Hey all, purchased Call of duty world at war back on June 7th. Appears in my order history as completed. Didn't immediately show in my purchased games so i gave it a couple days. After a few days checked it again and nothing.

So i got in a live chat with a customer service rep. She couldn't figure it out but we reset the xbox, logged me out of everything and back in, reset router and all that jazz. Nothing worked, she said she was putting in a ticket and to check in a couple
days to see if it was there.

It's still not there lol. I have the option to purchase still like i never bought it in the first place. Doesn't show up in my purchased games or downloads or anything, besides under my orders on the Microsoft website.

Anyone else have an issue like this? Any ideas how to go about fixing it? I know there's no refund on purchased games or whatever but buying it and not being able to download it sucks.

have you tried checking your download history? it should be there if it says you purchased the game. if it isnt, try recovering your account and if it still isnt in your download history, then you should consider calling microsoft support

Figures, thanks for the reply! I should've just bought a copy from eBay instead of a digital download. I've always been a fan of having a physical copy of what i paid for. Had the game, hadn't played it in years and the disk is nowhere to be found. About
like the download i purchased from Microsoft, lol.

I'm going to give them a call when i have a spare hour. Maybe a person would be helpful. Probably just waisting my time but it's worth a shot.

check your status with
account.microsoft.com which will show what you have bought

Yeah it shows it as completed, paid with PayPal on June 7th. I just double-checked PayPal to make sure it showed the payment and it's there as well.

They did the same thing to me. I purchased Call of Duty: Modern War Fare. The 2400 package for 19.95. I never received a down load. I have my Crome History that shows I contacted Microsoft 2 days later. I have 6 pages of history proving this. I got a bot
letter saying I did not contact them soon enough. They would not re down load the add on and said I was just out of my money. I know they had a glitch in their system and they will not admit it. Microsoft tried to push me of on Activision!
