problem with downloading profiles

hey i have the same problem, i try to download my friends profile on my xbox and it says cant download profiles right now or something like that please if someone can help me i will appreciate

alas...therein lies the problem. my profile disappeared when i backed out during the download. this happened to me b4 when XBL went down a few weeks ago. theres no trace of it on the xbox, not in the list of profiles, not on the hard drive, nowhere

If says all right the problem can be another (the profile using in another 360 in the moment), lot more things can be...maybe a problem in memory, you have to especify better for people help better.

If the problem is in your console meory; first you have to delete the "problematic" profile (profile ONLY, maintiain saves and the rest), second you have to clean the cache go to memory; devices chose the device and press Y that open another options chose
clean the cache if you want for sure you can do that more times, that option cleans junk data and really recent games updates., from the lat try to down the profile again if the problem stils happen make another post to see if some people can launch a light

Hey you could always just stick your friends profile on a usb flash drive and then use the flash drive to sign in on your console, bypassing having to re download his profile.
