Hello guys,

i have recently bought the xbox one elite from amazon,

It suppose to have the forza horizon 2 , but there wasnt any code for the game inside the box , and i didnt recieve any email for digital code

plz help me , how i can download the game

Hello,

Are you on the same Xbox as the previous purchase was made on? When games are purchased/downloaded, they have licensing ties that stick to that specific Xbox.

I called Xbox support. There is no way of getting it back, the copy that I own technically doesn't exist anymore now that it is one game without different parts. The people who I talked to were very helpful and gave me two free months of Xbox Live in return.

Hi, you would need to contact the seller regarding the digital download code. The ad does state the following

" Note: The Forza Horizon 2 Digital Download Code will be emailed within 2 days after your order ships. "

You may want to check the spam folder of whatever email address you provided at the time of purchase in case the email went into there.

Since you purchased this from amazon you should contact them and let the know the game was not included and see what their suggestions would be.

You could try contacting Microsoft support to see if they can do anything to help too. support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

What you and your friend have done is called Marketplace Theft and is against the ToU and CoC of the Live service. When the PET catch you, you both risk having your accounts and/or consoles banned permanently from Live.

Please try these steps:

- Delete the game

- Clear the system cache

- Delete your profile WITHOUT the associated Contents

- Download your profile again

- Download the game again in one go

Check your network setup, because such big files (like Games on Demand) need a good working constant connection.

Nice, thanks for the info.

Was curious as I also own an Xbox S and have had none of these issues with it during this time period.

Obviously many many people have had the issues I've posted over the past month.

Seems more likely an issue with the update for the Microsoft store having a bad time with my systems.

Obviously the issue isn't inherently with the Xbox X, but

I woundered if this update has had a bad time with the console.

The reason I wounder this is there's a store update waiting in the update menus after I factory reset.
