Discus and support problem with downloading and privacy in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; whenever I try to access my privacy or family setting and when I try to download something it keeps giving me the same error all the time what should...     problem with downloading and privacy


    whenever I try to access my privacy or family setting and when I try to download something it keeps giving me the same error all the time

    what should I do?

    here are the error codes: 80072AF9-A76BC0D7-41C9F076

    and when I try to search the error codes the second and third codes are not even in the codes!!and it doesn't give me result.

    My Account doesn't show as a Gold account, even though I am a Gold Xbox Live member

    Unfortunately, there can only be one primary account. And as for your downloads problem, try checking your account privacy settings as downloading content maybe blocked still.

    The content will automatically appear when it's available.

    The download could not be completed. Please try again later. Any points you used for this transaction have already been deducted from your balance and will not be deducted again.

    This may mean one of the following:

    • Some Xbox features are not available because of system maintenance or a temporary Xbox Live issue.
