Problem With download my profile and acess to privacy settings

Hello , I'm okay to download my profile in my new console after loading the data , e- mail and password , select the storage location after the loading screen ( the 1st picture) the console lock the screen by pressing and nothing happens , I have to turn
off the console , I tried again and appeared to screen the profiles put the screen caught as it is in (2nd picture) , I tried to connect to xbox website and went on privacy settings , I came across this error ( 3rd picture). Unable to load my profile , I have
this problem two days , there is a solution for this? A redefinition of the profile? I do not want to lose my downloaded games live! I await answers , thank you.

Error 801540B7 cannot re-download profile (Não é possível baixar o perfil)

Don't work. I deleta any corrputed file, delete my gamertag and try again many many times... CODE 801540B7 after try download my profile.

The xbox live connection works proprer and my others 4 profiles can acess the xbox live (is not a connection problem).

This problem is a microsoft server... -_-

4 Times i call the xbox suport (in Brazil), but no sucess.

1 week before my account stop to acess the xbox live. I try 3 times in support, and in the end i delete my profile (without delete the save) and try re-download but the erro appears:

Error Code: 801540B7

In xbox.com my profile works proprer... I see in this forum many player with the same problem. I need download because i use my profile for buy games with my visa card.

ThugDeathz me , I used my father's account and sent the post, but now sent to my account

 

Theres no other solution, youll just have to wait 4 months until you can license transfer.
