Problem with download bought game

Before a while I bought the game 'ArcaniA' in Gold membership deal, but when I want download it. Xbox say 'I cant download ArcaniA'. Never before I saw this message, often says that on disc is not space for download. I tried clean cash, check harddisc, but
there is enough space and no errors. Is it only my problem, or is some error in your system? Strange is that addon (2GB) can be downloaded. Problem seems to be only in full game download. Can you help me please?

Are you given an error code or just the "Can't Download" message?

 

Does your account region, console region, and physical region all match?

 

I am having the same problem. Can't download ArcaniA and everything matches on mine. It won;t even start downloading, just sits for about a minute and then says can't download. I tried downloading a demo and it worked fine. Just won;t download ArcaniA.

 

Same problem here. Sometimes it partially downloads and then says can't download, sometimes immediately. I have successfully downloaded Lara croft gol & far cry 2, along with several demos since I started having this issue with arcania, so it seems to
be a problem with this specific game.

I tried all the troubleshooting tips and no joy. My connection speed is fine and I'm downloading something else right now with no problem. They need to fix this or issue refunds or something.

 

Found this solution on an older thread. It worked for me. Unplugging the machine seems to be the key step, since I tried all this before with no success:

1. Go to System Settings>Storage>Hard Drive>Games and Apps, then find the listing for ArcaniA - Gothic 4 and delete the file for the main game. It should be accompanied by a yellow circle with white exclamation mark and listed as "Incomplete."

2. Fully shut down your Xbox 360 and then MANUALLY UNPLUG the console. A simple reboot doesn't seem to do the trick, it needs to be fully deprived of power for several seconds.

3. Plug your Xbox 360 back in and start it up.

4. Go to Account Management>Download History, and find the listing for ArcaniA (Xbox 360 Game). Select and choose to "Download Again." The download should now resume successfully. At least, that's what worked for me after a bunch of trial and error.

5. DO NOT RUN ANY GAMES OR APPS DURING THE DOWNLOAD! For some reason, this file is super sensitive and tends to crash if you try running any games while it downloads. Hope this helps!

 

Hello, thnx for answers. I realy tried all what was wrote on forums. Also I contact xbox support, we tried all from complet cleaning cash, delete all yellow exlamations error files from hdd. unplug physical hdd (prevent cleaning of dust), control of network
(prevent of NAT error), all was not usefull. Seems that this problem is only about the "ArcaniA" game. All other bought games is possible download without problem include addon of ArcaniA game. Just when i start download ArcaniA, show 0% of downloading process,
abou 5 sec nothing, then quick 100% download and low of scree xbox says "I cant download ArcaniA".

 

@KilliWonka: message is show withou some error message. Just xbox allways says "I cant download ArcaniA" (Same as message if some from your friends is online, or want play online game, or if is some download is complet)

@VisageOfAnAngel: regions are ok, same console in same region and same gametag by which was ArcaniA bought.

 

As I found during a trying various possibilities, if I see on ArcaniA file on hdd with yellow exclamation (before delete of it), this file show a size which is 5.1GB (so xbox think that ArcaniA download is finish, maybe) It is realy Mystery for this game
but I start to by very angry.

 

I just got this on the sale and i was having same problem i did what erdricksdecent done and it is working at 72 percent hes right let it sit and dnt play anything and is it stops dnt delete and start again go to history and download again its work for me
yet again guys at xbox aint a clue what we are talkn about it takes sum1 who owns an xbox

 

I bought my game but now I cant download it is it something with X box live people are paying for service but where is the service if someone pays for a month and they can't use it then they paid for nothing
