    Problem with DLC on Xbox one


    So ive noticed a huge problem with the way dlc works on xbox one. Currently a battlefield 4 dlc is free so i downloaded it just in case i ever decide to get the game, but since i dont have the game i cant see the dlc that was installed so now i have no way
    to delete it. The dlc is pretty huge and i have very little space left on my xbox so this is a pretty big problem for me. So if someone who works for xbox and has input in the updates sees this please fix it so i can look at all the storage on my device and
    delete individual things like on the 360.

    Is DLC region free on Xbox One?

    If I buy a game from Germany will the DLC code that comes with it work with my Italian Xbox One. They're both EU so it shouldnt be a problem can anyone confirm it for me? Btw I had no problem using UK dlc on my 360 but not sure about Xbox One

    This idea is expressed by other gamers as well and we are trying to get as many votes as we can to solve this issue:

    xbox.uservoice.com/.../7502854-allow-deletion-of-dlcs-for-disc-based-version-own

    Join us with a vote if you feel strongly about it!

    As a temporary solution you can follow the advice of Mister Retr0 to delete the DLC with a disc based game by putting the game disc in the drive, initiating the install, then pausing the installation after a few minutes; this will give you access to
    "Manage Game" where you can delete DLC. You can then quit the installation process.

    So you don't see the Royal Gadget Pack when you check Chariot's "Ready to Install" section, correct? Are you able to download the DLC pack from the

    store page     by any chance?

    If neither of those work, you'll want to reach out to our
    phone team     for further assistance. What may end up happening is that they will refund you the purchase price and revoke your current license. This may take a couple days to propagate through but after 24-48 hours, you should be able to re-purchase the content
    and (hopefully!) play it as intended.

    There is a problem that some DLCs are not available on Xbox ONE for Xbox 360 games. I do not understand why backwards compatibility is so why DLC is not available. But it's a few games.
