Problem with DLC on Xbox 360

I am 15 so excited me if I say nonsense.

On my Xbox 360 I own Marvel: Ultimate Alliance and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2. Good games! With one downfall.

In MUA2 there was a downloadable pack called "Juggernaut Playable Character" and "More Awesome Characters." These DLC packs will unlock characters who could be used in the game. The packs were installed on 10/8/2010 and 10/9/2010 respectively, so I basically
owned them. They were also installed in the memory unit and hard drive, with the game's data on hard drive. Although, these characters never appear in the game. In the feature where you select your characters, these characters appear invisible and with "Locked"
pressing A will do nothing except make a sound when you have not obtained a character yet, however I've obtained every character except the DLC. As far as I know I've used these characters online, however in single/local player the characters are locked. As
far as I know there is no way to obtain these characters. Juggernaut was a pre-order bonus later released as DLC and the "Awesome Character Pack" was a downloadable add-on in the Xbox store. Both packs were delisted due to licensing issues. The game does check
for downloaded content, yet they never appear in game.

In Ultimate Alliance 1 I own the DLC pack called "Playable Character Pack" which unlocked 8 playable characters. In the base game if you have not unlocked them Hulk, Hawkeye, Cyclops, and Nightcrawler will appear as blue with the text "HERO PACK" and selecting
them today will display an error message. If you select Dr. Doom, Sabertooth, Venom, and Magneto they will appear read with the text "VILLIAN PACK" and selecting them will display an error message. These error messages probably come from the fact the DLC was
delisted. I have no way to obtain these characters in game, and this game does check for downloads. Unlike MUA2 I've never played as them.
