Problem With Disk drive

Hi Xbox I'm having a problem
with my console the disc player does not want to read my discs which is problematic because I can not play the majority of my games

Problem: As soon as I put a disc in the Xbox it makes a weird sound and then as soon as I launch the game the Xbox displays this: If you with a disc insert it now but the disc is in the Xbox.

So I decided to look at the disc was damaged but it was in perfect condition.

if they do not work you may have to call support for a repair order

remember to transfer your profile and save games to a usb stick or the cloud before you take it back

Contact official support.

Setup a repair order and get your console shipped in.

I signed into my girlfriends profile but it still did it. well I hope when I get a hard drive it will stop...if not I will just have to deal with it.

Installing also increases your consoles life span.

Sorry i meant to say it only gets stuck when there is no game in the disk drive.
