    hello guys yesterday I was playing battlefield 1 and everything was good but the next day I put the game, the whole data was gone, I lose everything and I don't want to play the whole story again.

    do you know how I could recover the data? thanks for you attention and sorry for my bad english

    Problem with data transfer kit

    Thanks for your help ThingOnAString.

    The problem was the order of attaching each end of the cable. Despite the instructions saying to plug the cable into the hard drive first then the console, the inverse is true. I got it to work by powering on the console, plugging the USB end of the cable
    into the console, then plugging the other end into the old hard drive. Hope this solves it for anyone else having the same problem too.

    onyx62is, i'm fairly sure it is compatible. The reason i was wanting to use the cable instead of a USB is that my old Xbox red-lighted and it wouldn't turn on.

    My Data Problem

    Yeah the cloud is for game saves only. Hopefully those videos are saved on the Call of Duty servers as well. To reformat your USB drive, just plug it into your computer, go to the My Computer (assuming your on Windows), highlight your USB drive and click
    Format. Then you can just reformat it to FAT or FAT32 and it'll be ready to use on a PC again.

    Alright, quick question.

    Cloud apparently doesn't support the Theater videos I have from MW3 and whatnot, so I'm going to hopefully transport those with a 4 GB USB (hopefully that'll support them, or hopefully they'll just automatically be downloaded since I'll be signed in with
    my account... lots of hoping haha).

    How would I go about reformatting the USB to use as a normal, non-Xbox USB once I'm done using it to transport my information? Thanks.

    Same exact issue I spoke to professionals and had a three way call with developers of Forza and xbox support still no problem fixed I was 95% complete with the game I own all the DLC and every thing I'm a die hard forza horizon fan I just want to play Forza
    with my saved game... This is the 4th month :(

    Data Syncing Problems!?

    So my solution to the syncing error:

    Got this error when my xbox one had wired network connection, tried all the stuff that was described above - nothing helped.

    Then changed my connection to wi-fi and it Helped, game had been synced instantly.
