    Problem with dashboard and selecting games/apps


    My Xbox one has been great until I connected a new controller and updated it. On the dashboard I can move around until I select a game or go to settings, but then a slightly dark screen pops up and I cannot move. When this happens the only thing I
    can do at that point is hold the home button but I cannot move around to select turn off console or controller. I've rebooted my Xbox multiple times and This is still an issue, please help.

    Problems with Dashboard audio

    I seem to be having some problems with the audi on my Xbox One's dashboard. If I select an app or play a game there seems to be no issue however any video I watch off the dashboard or even the clicking sound you get when selecting something there is no audio. I see that there is a service announcement up for some Live functions on MS's website but do not really see anything about this particular issue. Any advice?

    Where Did Kinect Fun Labs Go?

    Not listed in Apps or in Games.

    I can navigate to it in the 'recent' menu by selecting all--but that's a bit cumbersome.

    You guys gonna give this program a place to live in the dashboard? Like Apps or Games preferably?

    Why is there still no mouse support for Microsoft edge on xbox one?

    Because for actual time is KB+M only for selected games. MS Edge is System App no Game App and this is problem, because you can't controll system(Dashboard) with KB+M.

    Looks like XXX is supposed to be Game Pass and YYY is Perks. This looks like a problem that will need to be solved by the Dashboard team.

    If you would like to provide additional information to Microsoft Dashboard team directly for troubleshooting etc even if you don't have your console in the Dashboard Preview program then try downloading the Xbox Insider app. Once app is installed:

    • press and hold the Xbox nexus button on your controller
    • select the Report a Problem button
    • select Add new problem
    • select an appropriate category and sub-category (Dashboard & Community might be most appropriate if that is what you are using...I can't tell exactly as my Alpha Dashboard Community page looks way different than that now).
    • enter in your problem title and description of the issue

    I noticed this last night too after updating the game. I filed a report to Dashboard Preview team.

    I don't know if the Dashboard team review issues posted here on the forum or if the Microsoft support agents forward relevant issues for follow-up to the applicable teams. If you would like to provide additional data to Microsoft Dashboard team directly
    for troubleshooting etc even if you don't have your console in the Dashboard Preview program, try downloading the Xbox Insider app. Once app is installed, press and hold the Xbox nexus button on your controller...then select the Report a Problem button. Select
    Add new problem, then select Game as the category, then FH4 as the sub-category and enter in your problem title and description of the issue as it may help speed up getting the problem resolved.

    My 360 constantly asks for an update whenever I try to launch Netflix.

    try those steps if Netflix does not respond:

    If the Netflix app doesn’t respond, delete and reinstall the app. Here’s how:

    From the Xbox Dashboard, go to Settings, and then select System.

    Select Storage.

    Select your primary storage device (most likely Hard Drive).

    Select Games and Apps.

    Find and select any items that refer to Netflix.

    Select Delete.

    Return to the Xbox Dashboard.

    Go to Apps, and then select App Marketplace.

    Browse or search for Netflix.

    Select Netflix to download the app.
