problem with custom profile pic

So, I wanted to change my profile pic to a custom image. I uploaded the image, all requirements were met, and i understood that i had to wait a little bit for xbox to verify it. They never did. I tried it again, and it still didn't work. So i just uploaded
the image once more and waited an entire day and it still had not changed. Then i tried to do it on the xbox mobile app, and it didn't work. I check the windows 10 app and i don't even have an option to upload a custom image. I had a custom image previously
and it worked fine so i don't know what's going on. help please

Try to contact an Xbox Support agent (phone/chat) for help with verifying your age on the account. You must be 18 or older to upload custom gamerpics.

Custom Profile Pic problem!!!!

Recently i have been trying to upload a custom image to my profile picture on the xbox one but it keeps saying "you need to be older" which my account used to be a child in the microsoft family but now i have changed the account to an adult and changed the
accounts date of birth beyond the age limit. Please help ive tried so many thing and starting to become frustrated thanks.

 

I'm having this problem too I don't know what's going on.

 

I guess it's just a bug that microsoft is going to have to fix

 

same problem here, i even tried changing it with my Plugged in USB & Phone, it still isnt updated.

 

Now it's fixed for me
