Problem with credit card and account issues!

I am trying to buy the game Destiny but the live is sending me a message if I requested to change my account information then I proceed, it says that I have to confirm sending a text message and after it says that there is a problem and it is necessary to
try again, the credit card is having problems because LIVE have a error when I am going to register it!

Thanks for your quick answer, the problem is that I moved the payment method to at least 4 new credit card and 1 paypal account, everytime the same story, an e-mail where microsoft nitice me that was impossible to use that payment method, for this reason
I'm not able to delete the expired credit card, because it still has pending the payment of july about the suscription renewal.

Probably we have to exclude a problem due to regional issues (I'm italian, my account was created in Italy in the 2009 and always paid with an italian credit card, but I moved in Colombia 1 year after (in 2010) that this account was created, anyway, in 2011
I changed the payment method from an italian credit card to anither italian credit card without any problem, now I have any possible problem.

 

Disputing charges?

I paid by Credit card.... I am more of worried will my account be banned by disputing them then winning/losing the dispute. All the issues relate to NBA 2k16....

Hi. sorry for my bad english. i am from Slovakia, it would be great if someone could help me... When i try to add my credit card to my account, at the end i have to add my location and adress, the problem is, that Slovakia is not in the list and i dont know
what happens if i give a fake adress.... Is there something that i can do to add my card or paypal account?

 

Unfortunately there is no way for your except using prepaid cards as xbl is not supported in your country.
