    Ok so I got good news and bad news...

    1) The problem with credentials are gone... Hooray?

    2). It tells me that my password should be 6-16 characters and its perfectly fine... Should I waiit. so that my account updates?

    Please answer ASAP!

    Ok so a big update is that my Xbox One Backwards Compatibility works again but my Xbox 360 console has the same issue as I said in the update... So is this a step?

    Hey RealFlare -

    Could you clarify what exactly the issue you're experiencing on your Xbox 360 is? Are you running into a specific error code? If so, could you please provide that to us? It'll look like XBOS-0000 or 0x00000000.

    Hello I have the exact same problem, with the same "error messages" I used to have the password size error at the beginning, did all steps that were mentioned here, but I receive the "credentials error" ....

    In response to Mister Mascot:

    Sure :). As I said earlier the error code says:

    "Sorry, there is a problem with the credentials that you are using. To fix the problem, please go to account.live.com"

    And nothing else...

    So basically in a nutshell, the error code that has been haunting me for 5 months...
