I have a problem, again, with my Xbox One elite controller, a few months ago, I returned my controller because of a joystick problem appeared after a few hours of use.

today I contact you because I have another little problem, my right trigger makes a little noise, a little crunch, so I suspect a future big problem. I can provide you with an audio or video file if you wish.

Having suffered a lot of complication for the first return of my controller, I take the lead.

I'm not on the xbox console and I'm on PC, I've already made a return, but as it's already my second problem with your controller, it is out of the question that I pay anything .

So I'm asking you for a UPS return slip.

Hi Neecko92,

Seems like the only workaround now is to connect your Elite controller to a Xbox One console, and update your Elite controller via the Xbox One console. Then it will work on your PC again.

i dont know if the elite controller has a adapter for windows pc (10) try reading this Can the Xbox one elite controller be used on PC?

Contact Support to get a replacement for the Elite Controller. Xbox Support is available Monday Through Friday 8am to 12am and Saturday and Sunday 8am to 8pm.
