    Problem with controller register


    I have my Xbox One controller since april and I think that's really good controller. But I have no idea how to register it. The register code should have a 12-numbers but my code have 14! I don't know why but this is the reason why I can't register this
    controller. Anyone have any idea what I should to do with that?

    XBOX ELITE Controller Broken Bumper

    Hi, I have basicly the same problem, but my bumper is already falling ot of the controller!

    Problem is, i can't register my controller, in fact you cannot register any Xbox accessories for repair and service

    So what am I supposed to do now?

    Registration Issues

    I need to get my right bumper on my Xbox One controller fixed. I bought the controller 2 weeks ago and I went back to the source with them just telling my I have to go through Microsoft. So I come back home looking on the website and realizing I have to
    register my xbox items. I got and register my Xbox One then I go and try to register my controller. But it is not letting me do this, every time I try to register the controller it tells me we are having issues come back later so I waited a day and I am still
    having the same problem and i want my controller fixed.

    Problem with controller register

    Hey all!

    In order to receive service for your controller you'll need to register your Xbox One console first. Once you register that you should be able to set up a repair/replacement for your accessory if it's still under warranty Problem with controller register :)

    What if I don't have Xbox One console? I am a PC player and I bought Xbox One Wireless Controller because I think this is the best controller I ever used, I even bought Wireless Adapter for PC and for me it's perfect kit to play. Also I can't understand
    why I need to register console first if I can buy only controller.

    I have the same problem. I can't registrer my Xbox one controller because the serial is too long for the website. I use this controller on PC so I don't have the Xbox.

    Got the same problem here. Two too many numbers in the SN to register it.

    If you don't have an Xbox One to register you can reach out to Phone/Chat support for assistance setting up a repair.

    Currently the website doesn't support only external repairs and replacements. Thanks for your patience and understanding with this! To reach out to Phone/Chat support

    I have the same problem. I can't registrer my Xbox one controller because the serial is too long for the website. I use this controller on PC so I don't have the Xbox.

    Hey all!
