    So I was just chilling as normal on xbox watching twitch then out of the blue my left bumper starts acting like it's being pushed constantly, now am 30 and not one of these guys that loses his mind and has a hissy fit when I play games so I have caused no damage to the controller but this is just over 6 months old and mostly used for YouTube I live in the UK so I am still covered by warranty for a year but I don't want to take my xbox back to the shop just because of a broken controller so I need help is it a bug or something else

    I had the same problem but I sent a series s controller and I got a one s controller in return, and the series s controller I sent came with my Xbox, brand new

    I have an Xbox 1 s and a wired headset but my controller is a series s controller. I have tried with a different controller which is an Xbox 1 controller and it fixed the problem. However that isn’t my controller so I still have the same problem.

    Same here, the exact same problem on my XBOX series X and S....

    from 6 joysticks I have, only 2, elite 1 and and old xbox one s controller, without updated firmware, are working fine.

    but all my fancy new Xbox series controllers are having this problem since past year and I was thinking the problem were my controller battery (I have the official charge and play battery on all my controllers)

    hopefully they will address this soon...

    Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.
