I am not sure I understand the issue: does the console stop operating after 1.5 hour?

If so, please verify it is not overheating.

In any case, I'd start with a power cycle. In most of the cases it solves the issues.

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. From what I'm reading it sounds like you have Power issues with the Console as far as it powering on and off at times? If this is the case I would advise you go through the

Xbox One Power Supply Solutions Troubleshooting. I saw you also mentioned an issue with the controller power button just blinking and turning off after a while. Of course first off make sure your batteries are good. If it turns off after a while due to
it not binding with the console I would advise you take a look into the support article for how to

Have you tried different power outlets.

Also, change try unplugging the power supply for a few minutes before attempting to restart it.
