Problem with connecting to XBox Live

HI, first post from a frustrated Father.

I used to have my 360 (orig) hardwired to my network and no problem with connection. Now I have an N adaptor (no install disc was included, just in case I'm supposed to have one) and I can't get thru. The light on the adaptor is flashing and it's not even
getting to the modem. My computers have no problem accessing where it's located.

Any help will make my son happier, thanks!

Problem with connecting to xbox live

The Bekin model number is incorrect, there is no 'N300' model; that's a marketing buzzword. Belkin model numbers begin with "F".

Please go to

and pick the correct model number and then use those instructions to disable UPnP and DMZ and enable Port Forwarding
