Problem with connecting to xbox live & internet.

Today i bought a second-handed xbox 360 slim for my son, after plugging everything in it worked and we were happy. Untill the error came that the console was banned so i couldn't sign on into internet neither into xbox live. I was planning to buy a xbox
live membership for my son. So i decided to make contact with Microsoft and found a really helpfull person on the liveperson chat named Christine. She pointed me into this direction to make a post here. Hope you guys can help me and my son. I have been saving
a long time for purchasing this xbox.

Hi there, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but no one will be able to help you with this, anywhere.

Customer Support for Xbox Live cannot undo a suspension or ban for a console. Xbox Live console suspensions and bans may include permanent suspensions of Xbox Live accounts as well.

Yup you can't undo it if you want to know why you got banned check your email associated with your microsoft account.

The problem is i bought this xbox 360 slim, when i turned it on everything already was ready to go, it had an avatar on it etc. i never had the chance to enter/change my xbox account on the xbox. So i don;t know wich account or email is associated with the
xbox? Help me please
