    i currently have comcast.i know there's been issues addressed about problems getting kicked out.frozen during playing. no matter what i try i still get frozen or logged off of xbox live. this only happens with this game. all other app's are fine. but know
    its just ridiculous, every other game it seems this happens. i dont know if i can switch, but can you tell me the best internet connection to get to be able to play.i really like playing this game and hopefully i can continue... thanx 4 any help.

    Xbox Live Error Code 8015-190E

    There's a problem with users on Xfinity/Comcast service having issues connecting to Xbox Live. Comcast is aware of the issue and working to resolve it.

    Comcast/xfinity subscribers in certain areas are currently having problems connecting to the Xbox LIVE services. Comcast and Microsoft are already aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.
