Problem with communication

I was ban from communications yesterday and when my ban time ended today my friends could not get my messages. I could not hear them and they could not hear me my mic sound was being picked up because it was moving every time i talked. I also went on to another
account and it worked so it is my account that is the issue. Please help me be able to communicate with them again.

My friend and I blocked each other and we can't unblock each other because we can't send each other messages.. Help anyone?

Sometimes it takes a little while for everything to sync up. Also, remember the time the ban/suspension is to expire is in UTC time not local time. Hope this helps.

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

Remove your account from the Xbox.
Give your Xbox a power cycle.
Add your account back into the Xbox.
Attempt to use the social features now

Agreed. Many problems. Last couple of days unable to even hear our own people in chat. Hard to work together. When we get in chat everyone can see their circle moving, but no one else has circle near name. The chat issues are getting really old
