    Problem with code redemption


    Earlier today i redeemed a code for NBA2k16 online. I entered the code and it said that everything was successful and that the extra will start downloading on your console. It's been over an hour now and there is no sight of this download anywhere. It's
    not in my download history, purchase history, the code isn't recognised in the game. When i tried re-entering it, it said that it had already been redeemed.

    Can anyone help me?

    Cannot redeem free "Name your Game" bundle game because the redemption code is 16 digits not 25. Can anyone shine some light on this for me please? I am getting super frustrated. Help me please!?

    have same problem? bought a new xbox today with 16 digit redemption code? will not work.

    Code Redemption problem

    I Purchased Gears of War 4 and I got 4 codes for (Gears of War 1,2,3,Judgement)

    I redeemed Gears of War 2 and Gears of War Judgement successfully, but I can't redeem the other two.

    I tried to redeem the codes using the console and online website: https://account.xbox.com/en-US/PaymentAndBilling/RedeemCode

    and every time I get the same error message :

    "Something went wrong

    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate."

    I tried to contact the online chat customer support the they directed me to this forum.

    Problem with code redemption

    If it was for the full game and it hasn't been downloaded yet then check your Active Downloads. Press the Guide button on the controller and scroll left then select Active Downloads.

    If it was not for the full game then please let us know what it was for.

    It wasn't the full game. It was for 200,000 Virtual Currency

    Gears 1 and 3 are region locked and that error code does show that it's a region issue. In order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to be in a region where the games are available.

    Let me help you with your concern today. Please note that this is a public forum, I apologize for a delay in response.

    I'm sorry to hear that you did not get your capes in your account. Can you please check in here if your Home cape and Menace cape are showing as redeemed like in the image below? https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

    If they are listed in there, please try following the steps below:

    1. Restart your PC.

    2. Logout your Microsoft account in the Minecraft Launcher then sign back in.

    3. Open Bedrock Edition and go to your Dressing Room and proceed to Capes. Please check if your Home cape and Menace cape are now showing.

    If your capes are still not showing in your game, you will have to contact Minecraft support. https://help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/request/new...

    Hello, first off it's better to create a new thread instead of bumping older ones.

    As for your currency, it's not lost. It can only be used in the region that it was originally purchased for.

    If you move from the US and have US currency on your account it is still there but can only be used for US purchases. If you had currency for another region on your account it can be viewed at commerce.microsoft.com
