    Problem with code redeemed for accessing Xbox One update preview


    Hi, I am having problems, after I redeemed my code to download the Xbox One update preview app.

    After the redemption of the code, nothing happened, it didn't download the Xbox One update preview app.

    Can someone help me?

    Are you having trouble using the Xbox One Online features?

    This is of course part of the launch growing process but it's being reported that Xbox One users are having issues with accessing multiplayer, redeeming their Xbox Live codes and using Squad Assualt in COD: Ghosts. It's official because Microsoft has put a message about the problem on the Xbox Live Status page. I doubt that the problem is going to last that long though, Microsoft will probably have it fixed in a few days.

    Hey guys, I received an invitation to preview updates for Xbox one however I redeemed said code via my PC. Now I have no idea how to go about downloading the registration app on my Xbox One. Can anyone help with this?

    While it may be an issue with the preview update, it's more likely a billing issue, as the preview update should affect your ability to redeem the codes here on Xbox.com What's the exact error you're receiving?

    Not sure if you are having a problem with an update, the preview itself, or accessing the Preview Program Support forums. If you are having a problem with an update or the preview program, this needs to be posted in the Preview Program Support
    forums I've linked above. If you can't access the forums, please reply back letting us know and one of the Xbox Support members can verify you acceptance in the program and grant you access to those forums.

    back on 6/10/2014. I entered the code in and it said my console was registered. I have been talking with a few members of Xbox Support about not getting access to the Preview Updates and the Preview Forums. I was told that they passed me along to the forums
    team for the preview forums. Is this something any of you can help me with?
