    If you were able to connect to other games online then the problem can be with the COD AW itself. Since the service alert in
    http://xbox.com/status has already ended. There's a chance that the game server of COD was still experiencing the same issue.

    Since you're using an Xbox 360, have you tried to reset your console's connection as art of the Troubleshooting Step?

    This is pretty much bullshit got tired of the problems with this so traded the game in and ate the 15 buck loss for the mappack. Bought COD blackOps and rezurection map pack and now I have the same fn status code. What is it someone from Microsoft should
    know and customer service keeps refer me to here. What a joke.
