Problem with COD BO2

Hello guys,

My Xbox is new, have about 4 months and I've bought a few games, but there is one that isn't working! Call of Duty Black Ops 2.

There is any issue with it and the Xbox 360 2015 version? It's the newest one and I had my COD running fine on the Slim version, now on this console it doesn't work. The game is new, it is pretty clean and with no scratches. On the first 2 weeks it worked
fine, I love to play that game online. After that it started to give me the error 03-57-00 and the support didn't help with anything as it "might be a known problem" and now it doesn't even read! After loading it just shows "Open Tray" option. I have FIFA
16, Minecraft, Fable, Silent Hill, Resident Evil 5 and others that I can play normally, but this is giving me problems! I don't know anyone who can help me to test it, but I'll try to polish it on the monday maybe (tho it's still clean). I don't think it's
a problem with the disk as it's original and my Minecraft that my 9 years old brother has a lot of scratches and work perfectly!

Console updated to latest version and Call Of Duty too.

CoD BO2 Chat

I want to play the chat through my headset and the tv for others to hear. When I go to preferences>voice I checked the box for play through both speakers and headset and I turned the voice volume all the way up and the game volume all the way down and it still isn't playing through the speakers. I also tried playing the chat only through the speakers and there was no chat to be heard at all. Does anyone know how to turn the volume up for black ops 2 or is there something wrong that I can troubleshoot?

I am terribly sorry to hear you are having this issue. Now i see that you said your xbox 360 is brand new. You said you bought the Call of Duty Black ops 2 used am i right? I would like to point out that just because there are no visible scratches on the
disc, that doesn't mean it should work perfectly fine. If you bought the game used, chances are the store you purchased it from most likely has buffered he disc to rid it of any minor scratches. When you buffer a disc you are pretty much taking away a small
layer of the disc itself. Meaning if the disc was buffered many times before, it may seem to be brand new in appearance, but in actuality, it has been buffered so much that most of the important data needed for it to work has been buffered off.

Now if you have purchased Black Ops 2 brand new then i would say try to clear your system cache System>system settings>storage>memory unit> press the Y button and go down and choose clear system cache. Repeat this 3 times. After this, if the game still
does not seem to read i would recommend trying a different disc copy. Hope this Helps!

I had the same problem with Dead Island tried to clear the cache but not worked , I tried to clean the player using a specific drive for this but did not work for last tried to install the game on hd failed the first two times but the third installed
could play normally
