    Problem with chat and communication


    Iam playing sea of thieves and i can't hear anybody from other crews, but al the setting in sea of thieves are normally allowing me to chat with other players, but this isnt possible. Could this be a setting because i have a childaccount or something, if so how should i fix this

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you with your concern.

    This may be related to your Xbox account's online and privacy settings.

    If you're a child account you can simply ask the organizer of your family group to sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and from there make sure that these settings are set to “allow” or “everyone” for your account:

    * You can see and upload community creations

    * You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text

    * Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites

    * You can play with people outside of Xbox Live

    * You can create and join clubs

    * You can join multiplayer games

    Make sure to let them know to hit “submit” when they made any changes.

    360 = Open Nat Xbox One = Strict Nat

    Can't chat with anyone with a strict NAT. 360 worked fine but ONE won't communicate in multiplayer or private chat. Trying the suggested fixes but that just led to more problems. There should have been warnings about this problem before I spent the money
