Problem with channel list in One Guide

I'm having the same issue, the Xbox One Guide lists the channels as 6.1 or 3.1 but only sends the 6 or 3 when attempting to change the channel. Is there any solution to this problem?

It's been nearly a year since I've been able to use One Guide due to bad channel information. As my cable provider continues to add and move channels these changes rarely appear in One Guide. I have make several attempts to get help with this through forums,
chat, email and report submission on my Xbox One. I really don't understand how TiVo can update new channels or channel changes within 24-48 hours, but it takes months and multiple requests to get updates to the One Guide channel listings. There needs to
be a method to either submit these updates via a form or allow me to add channels manually to my One Guide. Once again I am listing the channel additions, changes and bad listings below:

Hello Mister Beep ,, no that didnt work ,, im not having the problem with the tuner finding the channels when it searches on 'set up'.. Its that some channels dont show in the one guide after the 'set up' is finished. But they are in the list that appears
when it is doing the initial search for channels during set up. Im in the UK by the way .

I have tried the set up several times and each time i have the same problem .

i,e You have the green bar going along the top with the channels it finds underneath CH71 is motors tv but when the set up is finished and i go into 'One Guide it jumps from CH69 to CH90.. CH71 is not in the One Guide.

I get the TV Guide now, but I can't change channels using my xbox remote or the one guide TV listing.

Yes, my provider was formely know as Onelink, zip code [MOD REMOVED]. Liberty, another cable provider bought the company a year ago and now both have the same name. Like 2 months ago they change all the channels of both companys. Basicaly
every channel on the list is wrong. For example the One guide have TNT on 27 and really is Soap. Channel 400 is HBO HD East and on the One guide is PPV. Channel 222 is CNBCHD and on the One guide appears Showtime 2. This happens with all channels and make
the one guide unusable. Thanks.
