    Problem with changing my GT


    Hey guys, i was trying to change my gamertag, when i keep getting the status code 401540A4, i got out and went back to the gt changing menu, i was successful, but unsuccessful...i had to pay $9.99 when i never even changed my gt! Please help me, i hate the

    Just because the tag is not on use on xbox live doesn't mean it's not in use.It could be being used for a Zune account etc.

    If the system tells you the tag is taken, it is taken: thezac.
    Gamertags cannot differ only by spaces.
