Problem with CALL OF DUTY 3 on xbox one

Hello, on July 2, 2011 I

bought online the game call of duty 3 (order number [Mod Removed])

for xbox 360. Now since this month, it is compatble on xbox one and I

encounter the following problem: if I Want to download the game, I am obliged to buy the game on the xboxlive market (while I already bought it in 2011 ...)

Could you tell me if that's normal?

Sorry, Call of Duty Modern Warfare isn't compatible yet on the Xbox One. It maybe in the future though. The following Call of Duty titles are supported:

[*]Call of Duty® 2
[*]Call of Duty® 3
[*]Call of Duty®: Black Ops
[*]Call of Duty®: Black Ops II
[*]Call of Duty®: Ghosts
[*]Call of Duty®: World at War

Did you get any info on this issue? I am having the same notification on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (Xbox 360), Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 (Xbox 360) and Battlefield 1 (Xbox One). I also bought Xbox Gold Live for 1 year today, Fortnite and Call of
Duty: Black Ops 3 work fine with Xbox Live.... which is why I am confused????????

If you check your "Ready to Install" list, do you see the game listed there? If you own the game, it should be ready to download automatically.
