Problem with buying xbox live

Hi, I have not used xbox live in a while and upon logging in to this site i had to verify my account but while doing this I see that the email connected as a (parent?) is not in use anymore and i request to change it. Now I cant buy xbox live for 1 month
as it says i cant access a certain site until 25/5/17. Is there anythingg i can do to buy xbox live online?

Actualy I started with contacting Xbox Live Support and belive it or not they said that they can't help and I shoud write to this forum.....

problem with buying xbox live gold

Gold can only be purchased via credit card, Paypal, or by purchasing a prepaid gold card from a retailer. It is not possible to purchase gold using the currency on your account.

Sorry to hear about the issue. If you are unable to sign-in until the 30-day wait has ended, there may not be a work around to add Xbox Live Gold to your account. If you are able to successfully sign-in on Xbox.com, you may have better results with an Xbox
Live Gold prepaid code through the code redemption page.

If you are unable to sign-in until the 30-day wait has concluded, unfortunately we do not have any additional recommendations to pass on. Hope this helps clear it up.

I'm usyng a credit card international, but i dont finish my buy, occur an error say to try again more later. Already try more times and nothing. My data are all corrects.

I dont know more what to do

If you're trying to buy xbox live; that's the problem. You can buy anything with microsoft money except xbox live. you can have $60.00 in your account and you wont be able to buy a single month of xbox live. It freakin *** me off- i put $60 into my account
to buy 1 years worth- and this problem happened to me. i did some research; and this is what i learned.

@Sicktripper NL if you are from/in the Netherlands then you should be able to buy Gold without any problems, since Xbox Live is fully supported in the Netherlands.

The problem SkazDime got is that he/she is in a unsupported xbox live country and there are apparantly unsupported ways to get xbox live, but due to the physical region it may result in issues downloading/buying content digitally.
