    Problem with buying and downloading a game


    Hello. Today I bought the game "I am alive" on the xbox one console, the payment passed, as usual. But I can't download the game, I can only buy it again. Before that I bought another game and everything went fine. I would like to know what the problem
    is and how to solve it.

    I have plenty of space. The problem is not trying to download it. The problem is the game is not showing up for me to download it after I buy it.

    If you want to buy something over www.xbox.com you can't use your account

    Actually I just found that i cannot buy over console too! :)

    Same problem with both consoles. Cannot buy new game and cannot download free game, and cannot download free trial.

    I'm having the same problems. I wont be buying another mk game, too many problems with there downloadable charecters.

    It could be, however what he mentions is that you may have problems playing already downloaded games or buying in games he does not mention downloading new games
