    I have made a purchase of xbox cards and has deducted from my credit card, however the purchase was not effective and does not appear in my order history. What I can do?

    Hi there,

    Honestly it could be any number of things causing it from an issue on the MS end to an incorrect address on file with your profile that is causing the issue. I would suggest giving MS a call as it'll be the fastest way to get this sorted and likely just
    something very simple they can fix for you Problem with buying an xbox card :)

    Im trying to buy games on my xbox and its saying, we are having trouble processing your payment and we'd like to get it sorted out contact us at microsoft support....i have bought things with that card for months why is it saying that?

    Here on xbox you cannot buy gift cards, they ended a while ago. You will need to talk to the retailer that you bought.

    That's not true, you can still buy gift cards for Xbox and the Microsoft Store.

    Here on xbox you cannot buy gift cards, they ended a while ago. You will need to talk to the retailer that you bought.
    That's not true, you can still buy gift cards for Xbox and the Microsoft Store.
