    Problem with buying a game for Xbox 360


    I purchased a game (Raskulls) and I don't have it. But I don't have the money (I mean I had the money when I purchased the game, after that I didn't had the money and neither the game) What do I do????? Help!

    Cannot buy games with backward compatibility (Trial Gold)

    Problem solved, needed to log in into Xbox 360 console, it create me xbox 360 account on same account what i had problem, every game now i can buy or buy from games with gold.

    Go to your account on website and see order history. Is it there? You have bought it from Microsoft store? If problem persist and you can't see the game bought in the store, contact support.

    I already went to the order history, its not there and yes, I bought it from Microsoft Store (more exactly xbox.com) I already wanted to contact support but in my country its not available yet (It is available but not at this hour). I'll tell you the Full

    I bought the game and when I payed, in my phone, it said that I bought on Microsoft. (and deducted the money that the game costed) but then an error shows in my PC screen, it said that the purchase couldn't complete succesfully (something like that) and
    I didn't have the money back.

    Please help!
