    Problem with buying a dlc


    when i try to buy dead rising 2 off the record game breaker dlc it says this:"Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again."

    when i tried to buy something else the purchase went okay.

    what do i do? there is no error message either

    please answer fast

    Preordering Destiny: Rise of Iron

    I'm aware of the taxes. However, I never had a problem before with buying DLC/content with prepaid/gift cards before. Until now.

    thanks for the answer,but it didn’t helped. I tried to buy other things in the store but it didn’t worked at all. I can’t buy anything!

    I’m paying with my Paypal account. I have purchased things with my PayPal account multiple times and I didn’t had a problem.

    I cant buy the comics pack or change my gamertag also ant it keeps coming up ''More information is required''.I already have my address, city,zip,number and email entered and it still doesnt work

    Yesterday I tried to purchase some DLC for Dark Souls II. After the purchase, I tried to download it and it asked me to buy it. it had already taken 10+ dollars from my account to buy the dlc. How do I get my dlc that I had already paid for?

    Thanks for reaching out to Xbox forums support.

    Are you trying to make the purchase from within the Xbox console or the Microsoft store online?

    Trying making the purchase from both.. and let us know if you still have the same issue when attempting to make the purchase.

    I would also suggest setting up a call back from an Xbox Live support agent by following the steps below. The agent would be able to look into your billing account and see what might be causing that issue.

    Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

    Step 2 ----Select See other options

    Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

    Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

    Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

    Please make xbox 360 region free.

    DLC's region locked = no problem,but Full Game Region Locked = that's the problem.

    If they make xbox 360 region free atleast i can download the Full Game with no problem,as with DLC's i don't usually buy DLC's of any game.
