when ever i try to buy back compatibility games from xboxone or the xbox.com i got this massage (Your purchase cannot be completed at this time. Please try again) i have good payment account . i didnt change my location i got (byond good and evil)
with gwg in august but never abil to have mirre edge in september things to this massage

I have a similar problem... today I want to download Dirt Showdown xbox360 to my xboxONE from games with gold... but it asks me for the payment details.... why?? if it is free?? ...I have a 1 year gold membership, it expires 23-may-2016

And I had no problem downlading Killer Instinct xboxONE from games with gold... it just downloaded and it didn't ask for anything

Have you tried removing your payment option and adding it back again?

Also have you updated your billing address?

 

Another thing might also be your parental controls if applied. This can limit your access to downloading or purchasing 360 games. This applies to free 360 games as well.
