Problem with buttons in Xbox One controller pc

When I press the Guide Button on my Xbox One S or PC their is no "report a problem" button.

I made a video of the error, but unfortunately you can't embed videos in the answers here. I sent the controller in yesterday and we'll see if the new one has the same problem or if just some controllers have this design flaw. It's really great that I won't have an Elite Controller for days again. *sarcasm off*.

What type of problem are you having with your controller?

MY CONTROLLER WON’T CONNECT TO MY CONSOLE OR PC -> it doesn't apply. the controller does connect to my pc

I CAN’T UPDATE MY CONTROLLER -> it doesn't apply. Xbox Accessories says it is up to date

MY CONTROLLER DOESN’T FUNCTION CORRECTLY -> somehow it doesn't. let's take this option

MY CONTROLLER WON’T POWER ON -> it doesn't apply. the controller does power on

SOME OR ALL OF THE BUTTONS ON MY CONTROLLER DON’T WORK AT ALL -> it doesn't apply. All buttons do work correctly

I understand that you are having problems with the calibration of the X and Y axis of your left analog stick on Xbox One and Xbox Series Controller on a Windows 10 Pro PC.

Restart the controller: Press and hold the Xbox button for 5-10 seconds, until the controller turns off. Wait a few seconds and press and hold the Xbox button again to turn the controller back on

Check the batteries: Check that the controller batteries are not causing this problem. If the controller does not turn on at all, replace the batteries in the controller with new ones and make sure you place them correctly in the controller.

Thanks, I already updated it with the Xbox accessories application but I still have the problem that the central button does not turn on, I have another control which if it connects to the computer without problems, it will have burned the something of my control when I leave it one day connected to My PC

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question on connecting a controller wireless to a PC. You would need the wireless adapter, unless you want to connect wired. Here is a guide for connecting

wireless controller to PC. If you look at the picture make sure your controller is a bluetooth controller. If it is Bluetooth capable the plastic around the Xbox logo button (or home button) will be part of the whole face of the controller, and not the
top part.
