    hi everybody i have today just purchased the xbox one s which comes with a voucher to download SHADOW OF TOMB RAIDER .

    although it download perfectly when i hit launch it told me the games was not available until JAN 2019 .

    trying to navigate through so called customer services on line is a joke ..phoning the 0800 number just gives you 20 minutes of banal music and quizes then cuts you off.

    anybody have the same problem and any suggestions ?

    Twisted Pixel Games Bundle Error

    Update: I decided to purchase Max Payne 3 to see if the problem is with my account and I can download that game just fine.

    I've been using my US account since december 2013 and this bundle has been the ONLY problem downloading. Every other game I've purchased, I've downloaded with no problems whatsoever. I already tried to download the bundle again and still the same error.

    Is this problem only happening in the US marketplace or in general?

    Problems with Space Shooter Bundle Download

    Hi,

    I purchased the Space Shooter Bundle today and downloaded the client that manages the bundle download (the one with the pictures of the four games and the option to download or exit). Everytime try to download the games it gives me Status Code:80070057 there
    is a problem with the download type.

    Is anyone else having problems. I am in the UK. I want to get it sorted as it has taken my money for this product.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Shadow of the tomb raider was released September 2018 so you should be able to access it right now. Have you tried a power cycle on your console? If this does not help I recommend contacting us to go over your
    account and the code you redeemed with an agent.

  5. Forgive my ignorance but whats a power cycle ..im afraid I am a silver surfer not a tech wizard .

    i have spent half of the evening trying to get through to a real person and on both occasions after 20 min waits i was just cut off .

    i have just reinstalled it sucessfully only to hit the play button and message pops up telling me its not due for launch until 11 jan 2019 at 01:00 ... very precise message..

    i really appreciate any advice you can offer

    A power cycle is holding the xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds ( the console will turn off) then turning the xbox back on by using the xbox button on the front of the console or by using your controller.

    it dose not matter which one you use to turn the xbox back on so don't worry.

    Just followed your instructions to no avail

    game fully loaded but “ tile “ just shows “ pre ordered “ and when i attempt to play it just says “ sorry this will be avalable to play 11 jan 2019 at 01:00

    its as if the redeemable download voucher which was in a sealed new console had an incorrect launch date ..

    It's going to ask if you want help from the virtual agent select
    no thanks,pick the category (Games)and just pick a contact method
    (request a call from support or Chat is faster).

    I would say follow the link that the Microsoft agent put in to speak to support they should be able to resolve your issue.

    Just remember to request a call back it's the best way to speak to someone.

    They should call you in about 1 to 2 minutes depending on how busy they are.

    I got exactly the same problem, can't play game. I speak with someone from customer support and they told me a lot people have this same problem. They working at this to fix that
