Problem with BOTH Xbox One Controllers

For some time now, my BOTH controllers are having problems.

For example, the cursor is self-contained.

If I choose to go up, that command remains and it goes up all the time, e.g. in a menu,

if I want to select something. Or different key commands were simply ignored (not in the game).

If only the only controller would appear, I would say it's up to the controller, but it happens to both controllers.

What can I do, or why can this be?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to hopefully get past this issue you're experiencing. I totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging/frustrating. If your controller input for all controllers remains locked into the same
direction on the dashboard, it might mean that there's something happening with the console. I suggest trying a soft factory reset of the console through the troubleshooting menu as a possible resolution. It's a reset to factory defaults that does not uninstall
any games/apps and is really helpful for most issues if you have a good network and know all your gamertag sign in info.

When you get the chance, try following the steps outlined in our Xbox One System Update Solution , follow the prompts as if you needed to update
the console offline to bring up the startup troubleshooter and select the prompt instead to Rest this Xbox> Reset and keep my games & apps, and let us know if that helped.

This is a problem I've heard a lot, I think it's a chronic problem of xbox control, mine pulls a little to the right, but nothing that gets in the way.

This might happen on remotes that has been used just go to you local game dealer to return that remote.

If you have more than one console programmed to your controller it will try to connect to both consoles both the Xbox 360 and the Xbox one have this same problem
