    Problem with BluRay 4K


    Hi!

    I've got an xBox One X, and I wanted to watch Star Wars: The Last Jedi in UHD 4K. But when I want to open the "BluRay" app, a error codes appears "0x91d70000".

    I already had an error a few month ago with the 4K BluRay "Guardians of the Galaxy". I changed my disc 3 times with the shop, but nothing changed.

    I had also some issues when I watched the movie "The Martian". But I couldn't change my disc at that time. And now, another issue with the disc of Star Wars 8: The Last Jedi.

    My xBox is updated, and is used correctly. So, can you tell me how to fix this problem? Or is there an other software to use to avoir thoses issues?

    My Bluray 4K works.... but in FULLHD instead of 4K

    Hello, my name is Emilio, i bought a new xbox one S last week with a couple of Bluray 4K movies, i have a Samsung 4K TV, and when i connect the Xbox it's working at 4K but, when i played the movie 4K it works in FULLHD instead of 4K, when i finish the movie
    and i use Xbox for games, or other thinks it works another time in 4k.

    So.... why when i play bluray 4k the definition turns to FULLHD? do you know how to watch the bluray 4k movies in 4K instead of FullHD?

    UHD / 4k Bluray's not working

    Hi there,

    I got a new Xbox One X which should be able to play 4K Blurays but unfortunately my xonex got a problem with it. sometimes it needs a lot of tries until the box/app is reading the bluray. now I got another 4k bluray. This one cant be played at all. Bluray
    App is running and after that the errormsg 0x91d70000 occurs.

    whats the matter?

    What are the symptoms? I have a similar problem with the bluray Star Wars 4K Ep8 (italian version). The bluray player app starts but the loading "circle" hang at half and the app stuck there forever (but it is possible to close it, the console is not blocked)

    Every bluray I have (one 4k UHD Bluray and dozens of regular bluray titles) does not work with the Xbox One S I have. They work just fine in my other Xbox One (regular 500gb, not S or elite XBO, and obviously not the 4k UHD bluray) but every time I get an
    HDCP error for 5 minutes flipping between the error screen and bluray app frozen, then it just tells me it cannot read the disc. Apparently the Xbox One S needs a different bluray app than the regular Xbox One bluray app. Maybe if the community was allowed
    to make a bluray app for the Xbox One S it could save Microsoft some face since I have more faith in the community at fixing a problem via their own bluray app than Microsoft fixing it.

    Games wont be playable in 4k.

    However 4k bluray movies will be playable as well as streaming video in 4k to the xbox one s

    Hdmi Audio Only

    I am also having this problem just with a nice LG 4k tv with a pioneer vsx 80 receiver. I can watch 4k media no problem threw HDMI I get video and audio and when I go to watch a normal bluray movie I get no video and I get all the audio. I have to take
    the bluray out and restart my xbox to get the video to come back on.
