    Problem with blue ray and games.


    My Xbox one is having problems. It won't play blue ray (yes the app is installed) when we start up blue ray it just sits on the loading screen but we can hear the menu music and if we press a it will start the movie but it still just sits on the loading
    screen. We tried to play the Master Chief Collection but when we try to get past the start screen it freezes. We also tried to play other games and they worked except for the multiplayer. We are connected to the Internet and we tested it

    I had a similar problem with the blue-ray.

    I solved this way:

    - Settings, Disc & Blu-ray, Persistent storage and Clear persistent storage;

    - Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC address and Alternate MAC address;

    - Store, Apps, Search = blu, and install blu-ray disc

    So, try Search your game and install

    asking to insert a disc when the game is downloaded?

    I had a similar problem with the blue-ray.

    I solved this way:

    - Settings, Disc & Blu-ray, Persistent storage and Clear persistent storage;

    - Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC address and Alternate MAC address;

    - Store, Apps, Search = blu, and install blu-ray disc

    If you unistall your game, try search "FIFA" and reinstall it

    Xbox One not playing newer Blue Rays

    Same problem here brand new Lego movie Blue Ray won't play in the XboxOne. also Blue rays that played months ago wont play now. i see a quick message that the disc has stopped then is just goes back to the blue ray logo and spinning icon. can still play
    game discs with no problem. need to fix this

    2001 Space Odyssey 4KUHD 0x91d70001 error 🙄

    It seems to be a common problem with certain 4K UHD Blue Ray disks on the Xbox One and Series X.

    My Xbox One X refuses to play certain 4K UHD Blue Ray disks as well and I know it's not the disks that's causing the problem as they play on my stand alone 4K Blue Ray player.
