    Problem with Blu-Ray Discs


    I just bought Blu-Ray discs of Jojo's Bizarre Adventure so I put them in my Xbox One. But there's a problem: the sound works perfectly, but there is no image, excepted the subtitles and the main menu on black screen ("Play", "Episodes" and "Bonus"). I've
    already checked the region's code of the package and it matches with my country, so I don't know where does the problem come from. Can you help me please?

  2. DVD and Blu ray disc stopped issue

    Hi guys.

    My Xbox One plays games, both disc ans downloaded one, perfectly

    and all the apps work perfectly as well, but whenever

    I put a DVD or a Blu Ray disc, I get a "Disc Stopped" message.

    Is the problem with my console or the Blu ray app ?

    And what is the solution with this problem ?

    Hey there Val Eccica.

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your blu-ray, especially with such an awesome anime series. Have you by chance been able to test the blu-ray on a different player to see if the same issue appears with the video?

    Xbox One S - Certain Blu Rays won't play

    I have the app fully updated, reset the console to default settings, cleared the blu ray app data, let the disc auto-play, played the disc manually, set the blu ray app to not remember the last played position, etc.

    It just refuses to play certain blu rays, anybody else have Jojo Rabbit on blu ray and able to confirm the problem?

    I had a similar problem with the blue-ray.

    I solved this way:

    - Settings, Disc & Blu-ray, Persistent storage and Clear persistent storage;

    - Settings, Network, Advanced Settings, Alternate MAC address and Alternate MAC address;

    - Store, Apps, Search = blu, and install blu-ray disc

    I'm having the same problem. I have a disc that works on other blu-ray players, but stutters on my xbox one. The disc is brand new too. I uninstalled the blu-Ray app and reinstalled, but still get the same problem.
