Problem with billing

Hi everyone. I have a serious issue. So yesterday i gave my billing info for buying gold membership. I chose the trial version for free and it was on auto renewal. Now i want to remove all my billing info however it says that you need first to remove the
auto renewal or give new credit card info. I surfed on Youtube and it clearly showed how to turn auto renewal off. It says that you should go to subscription and turn it off from there. However when i go to subscription it doesn't show any transaction , so
i actually can't turn off my auto renewal cause i don't see it! Please could you help me with this serious problem ASAP

PROBLEM WITH BILLING DETAILS

because i had a credit card with i pay the xbox live.. the i had a problem with this credit card, so i had delate it...

Problem with billing account

This lock happens often when there is a violation on an account. for example. if you had live before, and never cancelled the auto renewal then most likely there is a hold or violation on account. all you have to do is call support at 1-800-4MYXBOX and provide
your email so they can look into your accnt. it wont take much depending on the type of violation your accnt has. just have ur email handy because you will need to verify

so if you login with the same account as on the console (so it does show the same gamertag etc) it doesn't show any subscription at
Sign in to your Microsoft account or
http://billing.microsoft.com?

If nothing is shown then you might want to contact Xbox Support, since something may have gone wrong with setting up the trial itself, Xbox Support is able to check if any renewal is active or not.,

nothing can be done there is no soloution to this , ive been at this problem for 24 hours now some people i know have had this problem for days and no fix still ................ its a problem there end not yours =( so dont expect to be online for some time
, i tryed everything even called them up and got parred off with BS

Microsoft Commerce account), double check that your Xbox Live region matches your current physical location. If you aren't sure, you can always try running your account through our
account migration tool to see.

If everything appears to look good from what you can tell, you can try reaching out to your local
phone/chat support teams and asking them to take a closer look at your account. We can't really dig too far into things because we are public facing. Hopefully they're able to help you out if
my suggestions above don't do the trick.
