Problem with BD Live on Blu-Ray

Is anyone else having an issue with BD Live on Blu-Ray? I've never actually managed to get the thing working and all I get is a message asking me to confirm that the player is connected to the internet with no confirmation box to confirm the connection.

I'm using WiFi to connect the Xbox to the internet and am unable to connect via cable, but that shouldn't be the problem.

ok, i found the characteristics of the BD- Xbox one. Blu-ray Disk - 6x CAV Blu-ray BD-ROM + 8x CAV DVD

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my problem I have been having. My blu ray player would not play any blu ray movies but it would play regular DVDs. It will also plays games I bought which are call of duty and madden. It was safe to assume the player works
and it is a software issue. Solution for me: I first ejected the blu ray DVD and I went into the options for my blu ray player under settings and disabled "bd live" I have no idea what that is once I put in the blu ray DVD it worked. I wasn't sure if that
was the problem so I re did everything but this time I embalmed it and put the blu ray in and it didn't work again. There is an issue with xbox live or there is a script issue with the bd live and xbox live together. I hope it works for others. Please post

I'm having the same issue I've been searching around for hours trying to figure this out.

 

I'm having the same problem. Clicking on 'BD-Live' will give me the error that I'm not connected to the Internet, which is not true. I tried this just last night with my Labyrinth blu-ray. The checkbox to enable bd-live is enabled in settings.
