Problem with Battlefield 1 online

Hi. First of all, I'm sorry but I'm italian, so it's gonna be difficult to explain what problem I'm having right now. I own a Xbox One S, 500 GB When I play in a Battlefield 1 multiplayer server, the first 10 minutes, ping is always good ( approximately
30-50 ). But after those 10-15 minutes, almost immediatly my ping goes up like a rocket ( today ive reached 700). I have a very good connection here in my house: Around :

30 mbps in download

20 mbps in upload

and 19ms of ping.

I

haven't tried other multiplayer games yet. I've tried everything i

could find on the internet. I verified the NAT, which is "opened"; I

tried to manually set ipv4 and DNS. Nothing.

I'm really struggling with this problem, so, if anyone could help me, I would really appreciate that!

Let's dig into this issue a bit and see if we can figure out what is going on.

Would you be able to post screenshots of your Network settings screen, and the detailed network settings screen?

Also, let's have you run the
multiplayer test to see if we get any errors.

To be sure, does this happen when the console is connected via an Ethernet cable?

HI. I've tried to run the multiplayer test and it said that I have no problem with my connection.



This happens via Wifi, no Ethernet cable.

 

Thanks for sending us those stats. They look good, you do have a bit of packet loss which might affect you and you can try correcting that with the steps on the Multiplayer test page.

While that may have an impact and those steps could help it does appear that the issue is Network related and a wired connection would help us determine the source of the issue.

To clarify have you tried a that wired connection or you do not have one?

Post back and let us know but keep in mind the solution would be going wired.
