Problem with ban and enforcement

Hi everyone, I got ban for no reason and got no notification about it. When I go to the enforcement site they don't explain me why I'm ban and I can't finish the questionnaire because I'm French and I have some problems with some sentences, I don't understand
a lot of them. Thanks for the support, stay awesome.

XBox Live Suspension

Since when does xbox give indefinite bans? No 3,5,7 or 3 week ban? Just we are banning you until further notice? Meanwhile the poster continues to pay for the service? Something doesnt seem right or we arent getting the full story.

Cant you view the amount of complaints on your account on the enforcement website?

I've had another look, and Microsoft has a page of their own about these bans and enforcements in Forza, and it's a pretty useful support page. Hopefully this clears up your problem:

To the OP: If it's a device ban, then can you not access the Enforcement website using another device? Mobile Phone, tablet?
